DEKRA SE acquires part of Swiss Spearhead AG

On August 3, 2021, the German vehicle inspection company DEKRA SE announced the acquisition of a minority stake in Spearhead AG, a Swiss company specializing in data analytics for automotive claims and vehicle lifecycle management.

Homburger acted as legal counsel to DEKRA SE.
