We structure, document and advise on syndicated loans and acquisitions financings, bond issues (including convertible bonds and high-yields bonds), regulatory capital transaction for banks and insurance companies, covered bonds, securitizations and other asset-based transactions, as well as equity capital raising for privately headed companies listed. The team also supports corporates and lenders in financial restructurings and offers advice on contingency plans and insolvency proceedings.
