The practice team is dedicated to contentious work. It includes more than twenty-five lawyers with a variety of backgrounds but the same passion for their work.

We represent your interests in proceedings before Swiss state courts and in international arbitrations in Switzerland and abroad. Our role is to successfully conduct legal proceedings on your behalf or, depending on your needs, to assert your interests out of court. Our expertise extends to providing assistance to clients involved in proceedings before foreign state courts and agencies, litigation strategy and planning as well as alternative dispute resolution techniques. Several members of our team regularly act as arbitrators and appear in court as experts on Swiss law. We focus on commercial disputes in the wider sense, including employment and bankruptcy matters as well as economic offenses ("white collars crimes"), internal investigations and judicial and administrative assistance proceedings. Our practice also includes enforcement matters.  Further, we act in administrative matters, in particular in regulated industries, such as banking and insurance, energy and telecommunications.
