The Competition practice team advises clients on Swiss and European competition law and represents them before competition authorities and courts as the "undisputed star of the bar" (GCR 100, 2013).

Our Competition practice team represented clients in the first-ever leniency application, the first-ever dawn raid and the first-ever sanction procedure in Switzerland. We advise domestic and foreign clients on matters related to Swiss and European competition and antitrust law and represent them before the Swiss Competition Commission and the European Commission as well as before courts. Our services include merger control notifications, administrative and civil antitrust litigation and investigations concerning horizontal and vertical restraints and abuses of market power. We also advise on contractual competition matters as well as on competition compliance. We handle the coordination of multinational merger control filings. Our other areas of practice include regulated markets and public procurement. Our clients describe our team as "200% efficient and always conscious of any political and PR implications of a case".
